Ducks Drown Boise St., 67-29

EUGENE, Ore. (AP) - Angelina Wolvert scored 13 points and had eight reboundsand No. 24 Oregon scored the final 26 points of the game, beating Boise State67-29 Tuesday night.

It was the lowest number of points allowed in school history for the Ducks(7-3), whose previous low came in a 31-30 loss to Oregon State in 1976.

The Broncos (3-9) didn't score during the final 9 1/2 minutes, and didn't havea field goal during the final 11 minutes.

The Ducks were up 25-16 at the break and held a 41-28 lead after theBroncos' Krystle Mortimore hit a jumper with 11:33 minutes left to go. Twominutes later, Crista Peterson made one of two free throws for Boise State.

Brianne Meharry, playing for the first time in three games because of asprained ankle, came off the bench to score 11 points for the Ducks. CristaPeterson led Boise State with eight points.

Oregon's defense held the Broncos to 25.6 percent shooting from the field(11-of-43) while forcing 23 turnovers.

The Ducks gave up the ball only 10 times and just once in the second halfafter coming into the game averaging nearly 20 turnovers a game.
