Gosnell Places Sixth At Georgia Diving Invitational

LOS ANGELES -- UCLA sophomore diver Regan Gosnell finished sixth with a score of 444.90 points on the three-meter springboard final in the first day of competition at the Georgia Invitational. Her teammate Anne Baghramian was not far behind, as she claimed the seventh position with a score of 434.60. Miami's Katie Beth Bryant, who led after the prelims, won the event with a score of 567.45 points.

Other Bruins who finished among the top twenty included: Michelle Brown (10th/429.50), Heidi Prosser (13th/420.20) and Kasey Reinhard (16th/395.65).

Day two of the invitational continues tomorrow with the one-meter prelims at 11 a.m. and the finals at 6 pm.
