STANFORD, Calif. - On Tuesday, February 6, Stanford women's basketball head coach TaraVanDerveer will visit the ESPN.com Moderated Chat Room to talk about theCardinal's 2000-01 season and the national scene.

VanDerveer is one of the most accomplished coaches in women'sbasketball history. She became just the 17th coach in Division I women'sbasketball history to record 500 career wins on November 26th of thisseason, and became the first coach in Pac-10 women's history to record200 conference wins on January 25th. In 22-plus seasons on collegiatesidelines, VanDerveer is 507-149 (.773), including a 355-98 (.784)record in 14-plus years at Stanford, and has won two NCAA Championships.

VanDerveer, who led the United States to the gold medal at the1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, has also made her mark on theinternational scene with an 88-8 (.917) record and four gold medals inseven assignments.
