Tempe, Ariz. - The University of Oregon women's golf team improved upon its second round score in the final day of play at the PING/ASU Invitational, shooting a combined 299 at the 6,090 yard, par-72 Karsten Golf Course. The Ducks finished the tournament in 11th place, with a composite score of 915, just two shots behind No. 21 UCLA. Southern California used its tournament low score of 286 to propel itself past Arizona, Arizona State, Tulsa and Texas Christian, which it trailed heading into the final round.

Redshirt freshman Lacy Erickson shot the low round for Oregon, an even-par 72, and finished tied for 15th. Her third round score is the second lowest in her collegiate career, behind Saturday's two-under 70.

Senior Jerilyn White finished in a tie for 12th, tops among Duck competitors. Her three round total of 222 was six short of Stanford senior Stephanie Keever's first place finish.

The Ducks are back in action April 23rd when they return to Tempe to participate in the Pac-10 Championships.
