EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) - Restricted free agent center Todd MacCulloch, abackup with the Philadelphia 76ers last season, signed an offer sheet with theNew Jersey Nets.
Nets president Rod Thorn did not release details of the six-year contractThursday, but it will pay MacCulloch $4.2 million this season as a mid-levelsalary cap exception. His salary would jump about 10 percent each year, reaching about $6.8 million in 2007.
