Oregon-USC Game Switched to 7:15 p.m. Start

Sept. 10, 2001

EUGENE - The University of Oregon's Sept. 22 home football game vs. USC has been changed to a 7:15 p.m. start to accommodate a Fox Sports Network national telecast.

The Ducks' 2001 Pacific-10 Conference opener in Autzen Stadium had originally been scheduled for a 12:30 p.m. kickoff but was changed Monday as part of the league's national television package.

It will mark the school's second television appearance in three games this season, with Oregon also scheduled to appear on TV Oct. 6 at Arizona, Nov. 10 at UCLA and Dec. 1 vs. Oregon State.

The No. 7-ranked Ducks have jumped out to a 2-0 start for the first time in three seasons and are idle this Saturday before resuming play with their third straight home game in two weeks.
