Ruben Carter To Chat Online On Wednesday

Welcome to ESPN.com's moderated chat room. On Wednesday, Stanford cornerback Ruben Carter hits the chat room to discuss the Cardinal football season.
Carter is one of the team's most experienced corners, having started 25 games over the past three years, including 15 of the last 18. Carter, along with starters Tank Williams and Ryan Fernandez give Stanford depth in the defensive backfield. The senior from Indianapolis, Ind., finished last season with 39 total tackles- 31 of which were unassisted, eight pass break-ups and one interception. Carter started nine games at the cornerback position before an injury forced him to miss the final two games of the season.
Carter, a political science major, has seven career interceptions and 117 total tackles. The senior also earned Honorable Mention All-Pac-10 honors following the 1999 season.
The Cardinal (1-0) square off against Arizona State at home this Saturday at 7 p.m. Stanford is coming off a 38-22 season-opening victory against Boston College.
