Men's Golf Faces Six Top-25 Teams In William Tucker Intercollegiate Field

SCHEDULE: The Beavers head to New Mexico to play in the 47th annual William H. Tucker Intercollegiate hosted by UNM Sept. 21-22. Teams are scheduled to play 36 holes on Friday followed by 18 on Saturday with an 8 a.m. shotgun start each day.
THE COURSE: The Tucker Intercollegiate is held at the UNM Championship Course, which plays to 7,248 yards and carries a par of 72. The tournament has been played there every year since 1967.
THE FIELD: Twenty teams make up the field for the Tucker, six of which are in the Sept. 12 Golfweek top-25 (Golfweek rankings in parentheses): Air Force, Arizona (6), Arizona State (5), BYU, Colorado, Colorado State, Hawaii, New Mexico (17), New Mexico JV, New Mexico State, Pepperdine, San Diego State (23), SE Louisiana, USC (12), Texas A&M, UNLV (24), Utah, Wyoming and UTEP.
