WALNUT CREEK, Calif. - STANFORD junior outside hitter Logan Tom has been named the Pac-10 Player of the Week for September 17 - 23, Commissioner Tom Hansen announced today.

Tom, from Salt Lake City, Utah, recorded 41 kills (5.86 kpg) and 31 digs (4.43 dpg) in wins over Washington and Washington State. She also added three services aces and six blocks.

Tom notched a season-high 25 kills with 20 digs in Stanford's 3-1 win over Washington. In the 3-0 win over Washington State, she posted 16 kills and added 11 digs.

She currently ranks first in the Pac-10 in digs (3.59 dpg) and second in kills (4.89 kpg) and points (6.00 ppg).

It was the third weekly honor in Tom's career, Stanford's 41st honor all-time.
