Women's Volleyball Announces Rescheduling Of Matches Affected By The Events Of September 11

Stanford, Calif. - The Stanford women's volleyball team has rescheduled its matches with the Arizona schools that were postponed due the national tragedy that occurred on September 11th.
The Stanford versus Arizona match will be played on Sunday, October 7, at 1 p.m. in Maples Pavilion. The Cardinal will host Arizona State on Saturday, November 24, at 1 p.m. in Maples Pavilion. Fans with tickets to the Notre Dame football game can see the ASU/Stanford volleyball match for only $1 and students will be admitted free.
Due to the changes in the Arizona matches, the Oregon matches will be moved as well to accommodate the scheduling changes. The Stanford versus Oregon match will take place on Thursday, October 4, at 7 p.m. in Maples Pavilion. The Cardinal will take on Oregon State on Friday, October 5, at 7 p.m. in Maples Pavilion.
Tickets to the rescheduled matches will still be honored. Please contact the ticket office at 1-800-STANFORD for more information.
