King Crowned Champion at San Diego All-College Tennis Tournament

SAN DIEGO, Calif. - University of Oregon men's tennis sophomore Chris King claimed the singles championship Sunday at the San Diego All-College tournament.

King defeated Nick Tracy of Cal Poly 6-2, 3-6, 6-4 in the Flight II championship match.

'Chris did a great job this week and we're happy with his accomplishment,' sixth-year Oregon coach Chris Russell said. 'He'll come home feeling good about his championship.'

King had a 5-0 singles record during the three-day tournament.
