Women's Golf Ties For Second At Stanford Intercollegiate

The No. 5 USC women's golf team got top-10 finishes from Becky Lucidi and Mikaela Parmlid to tie for second at the Stanford Women's Intercollegiate held at Stanford Golf Course in Stanford, Calif., on Fri.-Sun. (Oct. 19-21).
The Women of Troy shot 872 as a team to tie Vanderbilt, 17 strokes behind team champion Tulsa (855). Washington was fourth (874) and UCLA was fifth (875).
Juniors Becky Lucidi (212) and Mikaela Parmlid (213) finished in a tie for sixth and in eighth place, respectively. Sophomore Anna Rawson tied for 17th (220), while junior Yon Yim tied for 55th (230) and sophomore Anna Lee tied for 58th (234).
Tulsa's Stacy Prammanasudh shot 203 to win individual medalist honors. Jimin Kang of Arizona State was second (206), followed by Katherine Hull of Pepperdine (208) and Nicki Cutler of Vanderbilt and Suzie Fisher of Tulsa (each shot 210).
The Women of Troy close out their fall season at the Golf World Invitational on Nov. 9-11 in Hilton Head, S.C.
