Women's Basketball Seeks to Extend Three-Game Win Streak at BYU

The Ducks (5-3), winners of three straight and four of their last five, look to continue their steak Wednesday at Brigham Young (4-3), a member of the Mountain West Conference. Tipoff is at 3 p.m. PST.

The Oregon-BYU game will be broadcast live on Utah's local PBS station. Those with DishNetwork 500 or DirecTV will be able to watch the game as well. All Oregon women's basketball games also are broadcast by KSCR (1320 AM) in Eugene and KUIK (1360 AM) in Portland, with Ray Martin providing the play-by-play for the seventh consecutive year. Games that don't conflict with Oregon men's basketball broadcasts will be carried by KUGN (590 AM) in Eugene, KXL (750 AM) in Portland and KTBR (950 AM) in Roseburg. Radio broadcasts also can be heard on the Internet at www.goducks.com.

Oregon leads the series 6-1, including victories in the last six. The teams last played on Nov. 27, 1998, with the Ducks winning 74-56 at Eugene. Shaquala Williams, then a freshman, came off the bench to score four points and hand out two assists in 18 minutes. Jamie Craighead and Ndidi Unaka also played, combining for five minutes of floor time. BYU's lone win in the series was a 98-67 victory on Dec. 29, 1984, at Provo.
