Patrice Feulner Earns Soccer Academic All-American Honors

Arizona State women's soccer player Patrice Feulner was one of 11 players named to the Verizon Soccer Academic All-American Team for District VIII, announced Thursday. The selection, the first of her career, now makes her eligible for national Academic All-American consideration.
Feulner, a sophomore forward from St. Charles, Illinois, holds a 3.79 grade-point average in accounting. Feulner also earned first-team Academic All-Pac-10 honors, as well as being selected as an honorable mention All-Pac-10 choice. Feulner led the team on the field with 11 goals, four game-winning goals and 25 total points.
To be eligible for consideration, student-athletes must have reached at least sophomore status, be a starter or significant reserve, and have at least a 3.20 GPA.
