2002 Baseball Broadcasts All Games On The Net

LOS ANGELES -- For the first time in history, all USC baseball games this season will be broadcast live on www.usctrojans.com. USC students Ethan Rector, Matt Seigel, Scott Swords and Randy Ferrell will handle most of the broadcast duties for the 2002 schedule while baseball sports information director Jason Pommier will announce selected Pac-10 road conference games.

If the Trojans advance to the College World Series in Omaha, Neb., games will also be broadcast live on KMPC 1540 AM, the Trojans' flagship radio station.

USC, ranked No. 3 in USA Today Baseball Weekly preseason poll and No. 4 by Baseball America and Collegiate Baseball, will open the season on Friday (Feb. 8) at Long Beach State at 6:05 p.m.
