Time Changes Made To Baseball Schedule

Feb. 4, 2002

LOS ANGELES -- The USC baseball team's games on Friday (May 17) and Saturday (May 18) at Arizona State have been moved to a 6 p.m. start. Originally scheduled at 7 p.m., both games were moved up one hour due to a city ordinance that requested that the playing field lights be turned off as close to 10 p.m. as possible. The games are being played at the Chicago Cubs' spring training facility due to construction at ASU's Packard Stadium.

The No. 4 Trojans open the 2002 season with a three-game series at Long Beach State, beginning on Friday (Feb. 8) at 6:05 p.m. with 1:05 p.m. starts on Saturday (Feb. 9) and Sunday (Feb. 10). All three games will be broadcast live on www.usctrojans.com.
