Welcome to ESPN.com's moderated chat room. On Friday, Stanford men's swimmer Markus Rogan, hits chat on February 22 at 1:15 p.m. PT to talk about the No. 1-ranked Cardinal swim team's postseason aspirations and their upcoming dual meet with No. 4 California.

Rogan, a 6-5 sophomore from Wien, Austria, is one of the top backstrokers in the world. He won a silver medal in the 200m back and finished fifth in the 100m back at the 2001 FINA World Championships. Rogan is also a 2000 Olympian, having competed in the 200m back in Sydney. A four-time All-American, he placed second at NCAAs last season in the 200 back and took third in the 200 IM. He holds the Stanford record with a time of 1:44.57 in the 200 IM.

This season, Rogan has the fastest collegiate time in the nation in the 200 backstroke (1:43.42) and the 400 IM (3:45.57).

The No. 1-ranked Cardinal (7-0, 3-0 Pac-10) close out the regular season on Saturday, February 23 against No. 4 California at 1 p.m. in the Avery Aquatic Complex. Stanford will then head to the 2002 Pac-10 Championships March 7-9 and look to capture their 21st consecutive conference title. The Cardinal men's swimming and diving squad holds the conference record (in any sport) for most consecutive league championships.
