Los Angeles - The UCLA football team held its annual Fan Appreciation Day at Frank W. Marshall Field at Drake Stadium on Saturday. The day was highlighted by a Blue vs. White scrimmage, face painting for the fans and an obstacle course for kids. Children were also able to try on actual Bruin football jerseys and helmets.

In the scrimmage, Cory Paus turned in an impressive performance for the Blue team, completing 9-of-13 passes for 211 yards, including a 54-yard touchdown to tight end Mike Seidman. He also ran for a 17-yard touchdown of his own and did not have any interceptions on the day.

Redshirt freshman John Sciarra was 11-for-22 for 178 yards.

In the rushing category, Manuel White Jr. had six carries for 67 yards and a touchdown. Wendell Mathis made the most of his four carries with the Blue team, rushing for 88 yards. He also had the longest run of the day on a 61-yard touchdown. Akil Harris had four carries for 33 yards and a touchdown.

Tab Perry caught five passes for 99 yards, while Seidman made three catches for 95 yards, including that 54-yard touchdown from Paus.
