BERKELEY - Senior All-Pac-10 pitcher Jocelyn Forest, senior Candace Harper and freshman Kaleo Eldredge were named to the 2002 NFCA/Louisville Slugger pacific region second team.

Forest collected her 22nd win Thursday in Cal's 2-1, 10th-inning victory over No. 14 Fresno State in the first round of the NCAA Regional. She joins four-time All-American Michele Granger as the only Cal pitcher to win 20 or more games all four seasons. She has 320 strikeouts this year, a conference best, in 234.2 innings of work.

Harper, a 2002 second team All-Pac-10 selection, became the Bears' all-time leader in career doubles with 49. She also broke the single season record for doubles against Oregon State May 11 with her 18th. Harper also ranks third all-time at Cal in homers with 21.

Eldredge was just one of two freshman to be named to the all-conference squad, garnering second team honors. The Kahului, Hawaii native leads the team in hits with 72 and stolen bases with nine. The starting center fielder, Eldredge has committed just one error this season and boasts a .982 fielding percentage.
