FRIDAY, SEPT. 6 - Oregon State (1-0-0) vs. Air Force (2-0-0) (Gonzaga Nike Classic), 3 p.m.SUNDAY, SEPT. 8 - Oregon State (1-0-0) vs. Wisconsin (2-0-0) (Gonzaga Nike Classic), 11 a.m.

A LOOK AT AIR FORCE: The Falcons (2-0-0) began their season by walloping non-conference opponents Birmingham-Southern and Valparaiso by a combined 10-1. Air Force opened with a 5-0 shutout of BSC - a match that saw five different players tally goals while the team launched 35 shots. Two days later, the Falcons swarmed Valpo for a 5-1 win. The match was knotted at one apiece at the half before Air Force unleashed a salvo of four goals to secure the victory. Valpo held AFA to 23 shots in that contest. In all, nine different Falcons have a goal to their credit and seven have assists.

A LOOK AT WISCONSIN: The Badgers got their season off to a 2-0 start with wins over Iona and Florida Atlantic last weekend. In Friday's opener, four Badgers scored to give UW a 4-0 shutout of Iona; UW tallied 20 shots on the day to Iona's five. Two days later, Wisconsin topped Florida Atlantic when a first-half goal by David Martinez held up for a 1-0 win. Wisconsin put 14 of its 17 shots on goal, forcing 13 saves from Iona.
