WSU Men's Basketball Hires Assistant Coach

PULLMAN, Wash. -- Washington State Men's Basketball Head Coach Paul Graham announced the hiring of Jeremy Eggers as an assistant coach, Monday.

Eggers comes to WSU from Bellevue High School where he spent the last five seasons as the head coach. Prior to Bellevue, the Redmond, Wash., native served as an assistant coach at Inglemoor High School.

For the past eight summers, Eggers has coached high school all-star teams. He has spent the last two summers as the co-director of the NCAA Summer League in Seattle. He also coached the Double Pump California All-Stars semipro team in 1999 and 2000.

Eggers played two seasons at Edmonds Community College before playing two years at Pacific University.

'We are very excited to have Jeremy join the Cougar family,' WSU Head Coach Paul Graham said. 'His knowledge of high school basketball in Washington will be a great addition to our staff.'
