Wildcats Close Action at Napa Valley Tennis Challenge with Two More Wins

NAPA VALLEY, Calif.-The Wildcat men's tennis team completed play at the Napa Valley Tennis Challenge with two more wins Sunday. Junior Carl Hagman and sophomore Colin O'Grady both won their singles matches.
Hagman defeated Will Glenn of Georgia in two sets by a score of 6-2, 6-2. Hagman's record at the tournament improved to one win and two losses. O'Grady, a sophomore from Tempe, Ariz., defeated California's Jeff King in two closely-contested sets, 7-6 (4), 7-5. O'Grady's mark from the tournament is two wins and one loss.
In other action, Arizona's Tom Lloyd, Paul Warkentin and Whi Kim each dropped their singles matches on the final day of the competition. Lloyd lost to Stephan Timu of Georgia, 6-2, 7-6 (4). Warkentin fell to Philip Stolt of Illinois, 6-1, 6-2. Kim lost in three sets to Ryler Deheart of Illinois, 6-4, 6-7 (3), 6-4.
Arizona is out of action until Oct. 4 when the team will head to the ITA All-American Championship in Chattanooga, Tenn.
