PALO ALTO, Calif. - The top-ranked Arizona women's golf team finished the second round of the Stanford Women's Intercollegiate by posting a 13-over par 301. With a two round score of 608, the Wildcats find themselves in seventh-place in the 17-team field and are 19 strokes behind the two-round leader Washington.

The three-day event is being played at Stanford's home course and features nine of the 10 Pac-10 teams, along with top 15 teams Vanderbilt, New Mexico and Georgia.

With the absence of senior Laura Myerscough who is competing at the Women's World Amateur Championship in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, freshman Erica Blasberg was Arizona's top finisher Saturday for the second straight day. Blasberg carded the low round of the day, shooting three-under 69. Her efforts in the first two rounds of the event placed her in the lead at 2-under 142. Blasberg leads second place Alena Sharp of New Mexico State and Vikki Laing of California by one stroke.

Seniors Anne Lee and Julia Kraschinski carded scores of six-over 78 and five-over 77, respectively, to finish round two tied for 44th place at 11-over 155. Sophomore Miriam Kraschinski also posted a five-over 77 to place her tied for 56th at 13-over 157.
