Arizona Men's Tennis Completes Play at USD All-College Tournament

SAN DIEGO, Calif. - Arizona men's tennis finished the final day of the USD All-College Tournament Sunday with two loses. In total, the team won 14 of 22 matches. Freshman Daniel Andrus led the way for the Wildcats, finishing the tournament with a 4-1 record.
In singles action, freshman Daniel Andrus, of Fallbrook, Calif., faced Mike Wojnarowicz of Loyola Marymount in the flight two championship match. Andrus fell in three sets, 5-7, 6-3, 6-3. Andrus has a 6-1 fall tournament record.
On the doubles side of the tournament, the tandem of junior Carl Hagman and sophomore Colin O'Grady fell in its semifinal match to Jason Menke and Junaid Hossain of Oregon, 8-6. Hagman and O'Grady hold a 5-2 record in doubles action.
The next stop for the Wildcats will be at the ITA Region VIII South Tournament in Malibu, Calif., on Oct. 23-27.Results:
