Billingsley Selected to Soccer America's Team of the Week

LOS ANGELES - Bruin sophomore defender Kendal Billingsley was recently named to Soccer America's Team of the Week following a pair of impressive performances in Arizona last weekend.

Billingsley, from Trabuco Canyon, Calif., helped the Bruins to a pair of road shutouts over Arizona and Arizona State. Against Arizona on Friday, she helped hold the Wildcats to just two shots in a 1-0 Bruin victory. On Sunday against Arizona State, she scored the game-winning goal in a 3-0 UCLA win, the Bruins' eighth shutout of the season.
