Casey Moore to Play in Senior Bowl January 18 in Mobile, Alabama

Casey Moore, Stanford's four-year starter at fullback, will play in his second pre-draft bowl game on January 18 when he plays for the North team in the annual Senior Bowl. The game will be held at Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile, Alabama and will be televised live on ESPN beginning at 11:00 am pacific time. Moore played in the East-West Shrine Game at Pacific Bell Park on January 11.
The Senior Bowl features the nation's best senior collegiate football players and top NFL draft prosects on teams representing the North and South and coached by the entire coaching staffs from two National Football League Teams. Moore's North squad will be coached by the staff of the Houston Texans.
Moore finished his Stanford career in 2002 as one of the most productive fullbacks in school history. He started 44 consecutive games from 1999-2002. He rushed for 961 yards on 158 carries and his 6.1 yards per carry average is the best in Stanford history for a fullback. He scored 16 career touchdowns, 11 on the ground and five through the air. Moore also accounted for 50 receptions for 513 yards (10.3 ypc).
