UW-UBC Baseball Exhibition Rained Out

SEATTLE - The Washington baseball team's exhibition game vs. the University of BritishColumbia was rained out Tuesday night. The game will not be rescheduled.

UBC led 1-0 in the bottom of the third inning when the game was stopped. Washingtonhad the bases loaded with no outs. UBC had scored a single run in the top of the second.The game had started 25 minutes late due to rain and there had been one earlier, mid-gamedelay before it was finally called.

The game was to have counted for the NAIA Thunderbirds, but was a non-countingexhibition for the Huskies.

This weekend, the Huskies play host to Oregon State in a three-game, Pac-10 series Fridaythrough Sunday at Husky Ballpark.
