Three Football Game Times Set for TV

June 3, 2003

TUCSON - Kickoff times for Arizona's home football games against Louisiana State and Oregon and its road contest at Arizona State have been set for 2003, and those games will be shown on national cable systems.

UA will host the LSU Tigers at 7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 6, in a game to be shown nationally on cable by TBS Sports. The Cats' game the following week against Oregon, at 7 p.m. Sept 13, also will be carried by TBS.

The Wildcats' season finale at Arizona State will be shown to a national cable audience by Fox Sports Net, with kickoff at 1 p.m. MST in Sun Devil Stadium.

The Pacific-10 Conference television agreements with ABC Sports, Fox Sports Net and TBS Sports include other games to be selected during the season, plus other Arizona football games will be carried by its local broadcast partner Fox Sports Net Arizona or over-the-air affiliate KWBA in Southern Arizona.

UA's default kickoff times for the 2003 season are 7 p.m. for games in September and 4 p.m. for home games in October and November. Some of those times could change if a UA game is picked for television.
