CORVALLIS - Oregon State has added its second national telecast for the 2003 football season as ESPN has announced that it will carry the Oregon State-Fresno State game on Friday, September 5 at 7:00 p.m.
Earlier, ABC had selected the Oregon State-USC game for a national telecast from Los Angeles on December 6 at 1:30 p.m.
The Beavers will very likely have other national or regional telecasts during the season on one of the three networks under contract to the Pacific-10 Conference. Those three networks are TBS, Fox or ABC. Those games will be picked on either a 12-day or six-day selection process.
Oregon State will open the 2003 season with a 7:00 p.m. game on Thursday, August 28 against Sacramento State at Reser Stadium.
