Men's Basketball Single-Game Tickets On Sale Now

Arizona State men's basketball single-game tickets are on sale now at the Sun Devil Ticket Office, online or by calling 480-965-2381. ASU opens its exhibition season against EA Sports on Nov. 12. ASU plays five games against teams that played in the 2003 NCAA Tournament, as San Diego (Dec. 29), Arizona (Jan. 3), Stanford (Jan. 8), California (Jan. 10) and Oregon (Jan. 22) all visit Wells Fargo Arena, while the Sun Devils play traditional NCAA contender Temple on Dec. 9 at America West Arena.

ASU is making the Jan. 3 game Pac-10 opener against Arizona available to its most loyal fans before it goes on sale to the general public. Those that can currently purchase Jan. 3 Arizona tickets include:

*Current men's basketball season ticket holders.

*Current football season ticket holders.

*Those that have purchased or will purchase tickets for the Arizona-ASU football game on Nov. 28 at Sun Devil Stadium. Kick-off is set for 1 p.m.

*Those that have purchased or will purchase tickets to two other Pac-10 men's basketball games.

Fans can purchase an equal amount of tickets to the Arizona game as they have purchased for the ASU-UA football game or the Pac-10 contests. Arizona basketball tickets will go on sale to the general public on Dec. 1. The game will tip at 1:30 p.m.

Single-game tickets are $26 for the lower level, $18 for the upper level sides and $14 for the upper level ends.

Tickets for the Dec. 9 game against Hall of Fame coach John Chaney and the Temple Owls at America West Arena are also on sale now. Seats are $20 in the lower level and $15 in the upper level for the game. ASU will host the 2004 NCAA West Regional at America West Arena on March 25-27.

Arizona State's Holiday Tournament takes place on Dec. 29-30. In addition to West Coast Conference Tournament champion San Diego, Western Michigan and Winthrop will visit Tempe. Both Winthrop and Western Michigan won 20 games in 2002-2003.

More than 90 percent of the season tickets have been renewed for this year. Season tickets are still available, including about 300 in the lower level.
