SCHEDULE: The women's crew travels to Portland. Ore, for the 2003 Portland LOOP (Lake Oswego-Oaks Park) race Saturday, October 25th on the Willamete River. Three OSU teams will be racing in the nearly three-mile course that starts in Lake Oswego and finishes at Oaks Park. The race should start around 10:30a.m. and should be completed by 11:00a.m. The men's crew team will also be racing, starting around 10:30a.m.Varsity 8: 10:32 a.m.Second Varsity 8: 10:33 a.m.Varsity 4: 10:35 a.m.

LAST ACTION: OSU opened the fall season last Sunday, October 19th finishing sixth at the Head of the Charles Regatta in Boston, Massachusetts. It was the Beaver's first time at this event as the V4 team debuted in impressive fashion. The Beavers 18:27.980 time narrowly missed the top five by just over seven seconds, trailing closely behind Virginia in the nearly three-mile race.

Travel North on I-5.

Take the Terwilliger Ave Exit, Exit 297.

Turn Right onto S.W. Terwillger Ave. travel up the hill.

Turn Left (Burlinggame Market) onto S.W. Taylor Ferry.

Travel down the hill, turn Right onto S.W. Macadam.

Travel South on S.W. Macadam, stay in the Left lane.

Turn Left onto the Sellwood Bridge.

Turn Left onto S.E. 6th.

Turn Left onto S.E. Spokane St.
