Rowing Preps For Head of the American

LOS ANGELES - The USC women's rowing team travels to Sacramento, Calif., this week to compete at the Head of the American on Saturday, Oct. 25, on the banks of the American River at Lake Natoma. The one-day regatta is being hosted by the CSUS Aquatic Center and features West Coast rowing programs.

The Women of Troy are sending four boats - two to compete in the Women's Open 8+ and two to compete in the Women's Open 4+. The eights will race at 12:15 p.m. and the fours will follow at 1 p.m.

Other teams racing include California, UC Santa Barbara, UC Davis, Stanford, San Diego State and Sacramento State.

USC's lineups will be as follows:
