Five Football Players Earn Pac-10 All-Academic Honors

TEMPE, Ariz.- ASU senior wide receiver Skyler Fulton (Olympia, Wash.) heads a list of three Sun Devils selected for the Pacific-10 All-Academic Football Team along with two honorable mention selections. Fulton was selected to the first-team while quarterback Chad Christensen (Scottsdale, Ariz.) and snapper Jason Burke (Glendale, Ariz.) made the second-team. Offensive linemen Andrew Carnahan (Hereford, Texas) and Grayling Love (Sacramento, Calif.) were honorable mention choices.
This is the second year in a row on the squad for Fulton, an elementary education major, who has a 3.32 grade-point average. Christensen, a business finance major, has the second highest grade-point average among the athletes selected for the first and second teams with a 3.93 average. Redshirt freshman Jason Burke is a business major with a 3.78 grade-point average.
A student-athlete must have a minimum 3.0 grade-point average and be either a starter or significant substitute to be eligible.
