Mora, Pryce Named NSCAA/adidas All-Americans

LOS ANGELES - UCLA women's soccer players Nandi Pryce and Iris Mora were recently named to the NSCAA/adidas All-America First Team. It is the second year in a row that Pryce has been selected to the first team. It is the first ever All-America honor for Mora.
Pryce, a senior defender from Casselberry, Fla., started 24 of 25 matches in 2003, helping UCLA reach the NCAA College Cup Semifinals in Cary, NC. The Co-Pac-10 Player of the Year this season, Pryce was instrumental in guiding the Pac-10 Champion Bruins tie the single-season school record for shutouts with 15. She was named to the All-Tournament Team at the College Cup and was recently named one of four finalists for the Honda Award, given to the top player in women's college soccer.
Mora, a sophomore forward from Cancun, Mexico, started 22 of 25 matches in 2003 while leading the team in every offensive category, including goals (13), assists (14) and points (40). Her 14 assists were a single-season school record. She also led the team in game-winning goals with six. Mora was also a first-team All-Pac-10 selection.
