Sophomore Kim Glass Named Third-Team All-America

TUCSON, Ariz.- Arizona sophomore Kim Glass has been named third-team All-America, the American Volleyball Coaches Association announced on Wednesday. The postseason honor is the second in her two-year Wildcat career.

Glass, a 2003 AVCA All-Pacific Region and All-Pac-10 honoree, set Arizona single season records in kills (650), kills per game (5.60), double-digit kill matches (31) and matches with 20 or more kills (18), including three 30-plus kill contests, this season.

The AVCA Freshman of the Year and a second-team All-American in 2002, Glass is already seventh all-time at Arizona in career kills (1,206) with two seasons of eligibility remaining.
