No. 2 Cal Sweeps No. 13 Oregon State

REDWOOD SHORES, Calif. - In their second dual race of the season, the California Golden Bears swept all races against visiting No. 13 Oregon State on Saturday at Redwood Shores. All three Cal boats easily won their respective races.

The varsity eight started the day with a fast race, finishing more than four seconds ahead of the Beaver's varsity boat. The second varsity race look much like the varsity's, with Cal finishing almost seven seconds ahead of OSU. The biggest margin of victory came in the freshman eight race, where the Bears rowed to nearly a nine-second victory.

Next up for the Bears is a dual race with longtime rival Washington, on April 24 at Redwood Shores.
