Cougar Soccer To Host Sixth Annual 7-A-Side Tournament
PULLMAN, Wash. -- The Washington State soccer team will end its spring season hosting the Sixth Annual 7-A-Side Tournament in Pullman Saturday, April 24, and Sunday, April 25. The tournament consists of 32 teams, including the WSU Crimson, WSU Gray and WSU Alumni teams.
WSU Crimson will play Saturday at 8 a.m., 10:40 a.m., and 2 p.m., on field one. WSU Gray will play the WSU Alumni team at 10 a.m., on field one, and will continue play at 12:40 p.m., and 4 p.m., on field one. WSU Alumni will play its final game of the day at 12:40 p.m., on field four.
Sunday WSU Gray will play on field one at 8 a.m., and WSU Crimson will play on the same field at 10 a.m., WSU Alumni will play at 8 a.m., on field two.
Quarterfinals, semi-finals and the championship game will all be played Sunday.
The Cougars come into the tournament after finishing 1-1 last weekend, beating Gonzaga 1-0 and losing to Eastern Washington 1-0.
