Women's Golf Tied For Fourth After First Round Of Pac-10 Championships

The No. 8 USC women's golf team shot a 24-over 312 on Monday and is tied for fourth after one round of the 2004 Pac-10 Women's Golf Championships held at Saticoy Country Club.
USC is four strokes back of leader UCLA, which shot 308. Washington is second (309), Stanford is third (310) and Arizona State and California are tied with USC.
Sophomore Irene Cho leads the Women of Troy after shooting a three-over 75 to tie for sixth. Erica Blasberg of Arizona is in the top spot after firing a one-under 71.
Also for USC, sophomore Tanya Dergal and freshman Catalina Marin are tied for 12th (78), freshman Veronica Felibert is tied for 33rd (81) and senior Rachel Bell is tied for 41st (84). Senior Anna Rawson is competing as an individual and is tied for 25th (80).
The tournament resumes on Tuesday with 18 more holes teeing off at 8:30 a.m.
