Men's Tennis Claims NCAA Regional Bid

TEMPE, Ariz. - The Arizona State men's tennis team (9-12) will travel to Champaign, Illinois to compete in the NCAA Regional Championships hosted by the University of Illinois. The No. 3 seed Sun Devils, who will be making their 10th NCAA postseason appearance in the past 11 years under head coach Lou Belken, will face No. 2 seed Louisville (19-8) in a first round dual on Saturday, May 15.

No. 1 seed Illinois (28-0) will take on No. 4 seed Western Michigan (19-6) in the other first round dual on Saturday. The two first round winners will square off against one another on Sunday, May 16 with the champion advancing to the NCAA Round of 16 Team Championship on May 22-31 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Times for each day's duals will be announced at a later date.
