Moon Takes Northeast Amateur Lead

UCLA golfer Roy Moon took a one shot lead entering the final round of the Northeast Amateur Championship, hosted by Wannamoisett Country Club in Rumford, RI.
Moon fired a second round score of 65, four-under at the par 69 course. He has a 36-hole total of 132, six-under par and leads Oklahoma freshman Anthony Kim by one stroke. Teammate Steve Conway posted a three-over par score of 72 and fell into a tie for 28th place. Junior John Poucher did not make the two-round cut.
