Lepp Finishes Eighth at Sahalee Players Championship

Seattle - Washington junior golfer James Lepp tied for eighth at the 2004 Sahalee Players Championship held at Sahalee Country Club. Lepp had rounds of 71, 70, 72 and a 76 on Saturday to finish the 72-hole event at 1-over 289.

UNLV's Ryan Moore, the defending NCAA Champion, won the event at a record 16-under 272.

Husky sophomore Erik Olson tied for 14th at the event. He finished at 6-over 294. Olson recorded rounds of 73, 69, 77 and 75.

Former Husky Dan Potter placed 19th overall at 9-over 302. After shooting a 77 during the third round, Husky sophomore Alex Prugh failed to qualify for the final round. He finished the event in 24th place.
