Beavers Have Booth At Bite Of Oregon

CORVALLIS, Ore. - Oregon State University's Department of Athletics will be selling 2004 single game football tickets on Friday through Sunday at the Bite of Oregon in downtown Portland at Tom McCall Waterfront Park.Located in the ExplOregon Center, Oregon State's booth will be open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. with tickets available to purchase for the Beavers' home games against New Mexico (Sept. 18), California (Oct. 2) and USC (Nov. 6). The first 500 fans to purchase tickets will receive a free t-shirt.Benny Beaver will be greeting visitors and models of the seats available on the renovated east side of Reser Stadium will be on display.Designed to showcase the best that Oregon and its producers have to offer, The 2004 Bite of Oregon will display, celebrate, and market 'Brand Oregon' foods and beverages to a local, regional, national, and international audience. Its two-fold mission: to strengthen Oregon as a trade partner, and as a tourist destination where one is invited to 'come for a week and stay forever.'
