Men's Golfer Jesse Mueller Tied For Second After 36 Holes At NCAA Preview

The Arizona State men's golf team is in sixth place after two rounds of the 16th annual Ping/Golfweek Preview held at Caves Valley Golf Club in Bethesda, Md.
ASU shot a 4-over 284 in the first round and then had a 13-over 293 in the afternoon round on Sunday, as it sits at 17-over 577.
Oklahoma State leads the event, which concludes with 18 holes on Monday, with a 4-over 564 (288-276).
Individually, Sun Devil senior Jesse Mueller is at 2-under 138 (67-71) and is tied for second. Pablo Martin of Oklahoma State leads the event with a 5-under 135 (69-66).
Pat Moore is tied for 38th at 8-over 148 (67-81), Alejandro Canizares is tied for 52nd at 10-over 150 (79-71) along with Charly Simon (75-75). Niklas Lemke is at 11-over 151 (75-76) and is tied for 55th.
Fifteen teams are in the event, which is being held at the site of the 2006 NCAA Championships.
