UCLA was led by junior Lori Mann who finished sixth in a time of 18:14.7. Also competing were Leslie Barrie, Elizabeth haigh, Ashley Allen, Alice Bohannon and Jenny Esser.

'It was a great team effort from Lori, Leslie, and Emily. They were all competing for a top-five placement throughout the race. It was nice to get our first team victory of the season.'
