Men's Tennis Advances to the Semifinals of the Milwaukee Classic

TEMPE, Ariz. -- Three of the four singles semifinals slots will be filled with Arizona State men's tennis players as Christopher Biro, Andy Colombo and Clinton Letcher all won their quarterfinals matches in straight sets at the Milwaukee Tennis Classic in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Friday.

At least one Sun Devil will make it to the finals on Sunday and possibly even an all-Arizona State final. Colombo and Letcher will have to face each other in semis, however, the winner will advance to the finals.

In doubles play, two of ASU tandems advance to the semifinals as well, but unfortunately they will have to play one another in the top half of the draw. However, ASU will still be represented in the doubles final.

The singles semifinals will begin on Saturday at 9:00 a.m. with doubles semifinal starting at 3:00 p.m.

Davies/Letcher (ASU) def. Edlefsen/Pham (Minnesota) -- 8-5
