Four Soccer Players Garner All-Pac-10 Honors

TEMPE, Ariz. -- Four Arizona State University soccer student-athletes were named to the Pac-10 All-Conference Team, announced Thursday by Commissioner Tom Hansen. Junior Manya Makoski earned first-team honors, while fellow juniors Elizabeth Bogus, Stephanie Ebner and Brittany Cooper all claimed second-team accolades.
Makoski (Trumbull, Conn.) makes her first appearance on the first-team after earning second-team honors the previous two seasons. Maksoki played and started in all 19 games, finishing tied for the team high in goals (6). She also led the team in shots (53), game-winning goals (3) and finished second in points (14).
Bogus (Sandy, Utah) garners her third appearance on the all-conference team, this year as a second-team member. Bogus claimed honorable mention accolades as a sophomore and first-team status as a freshman (she also was name the Freshman of the Year). Bogus, who played in all 19 games with 17 starts, ended the year as the team leader in assists with five. She posted two-game winning goals (second), four goals (fourth) and finished tied for third with 13 points.
Ebner (Taylorsville, Utah) makes her second appearance on the second-team after receiving the same honor as a sophomore. She played and started in all 19 games and was one of the Sun Devils main forces in the midfield. Ebner finished with three assists for three points on 13 shots.
Cooper (Albuquerque, N.M.) also makes her second appearance on the second-team after receiving the same honor as a sophomore. Cooper played and started in all 19 games, finished tied for the team-high in goals with six and tied for third in points (13). Additionally, she tallied one assist and had one-game winning goal as well.
