FRESNO, Calif. (AP) - Nikki Blue had 22 points and Noelle Quinn added 21 asNo. 18 UCLA defeated Fresno State 92-76 on Saturday night.

Quinn also grabbed 12 rebounds for UCLA (6-1), which used a 16-3 second-halfrun to hand the Bulldogs (6-1) their first loss of the season.

Fresno State's Mirenda Swearengin had 23 points, including 15 in the firsthalf. Swearengin was 9-of-20 from the floor, including five 3-pointers.

After taking a one-point lead into the half, the Bruins put the game awayearly in the second, opening with a 16-3 run to take a 55-41 lead.

The Bruins shot 58.1 percent (18-of-31) in the second half after making just37 percent of their shots before the break.

Lisa Willis added 18 points and Amanda Livingston chipped in with 13 forUCLA.

UCLA came back from an 17-10 deficit to take a 39-38 lead at halftime, thefirst time the Bulldogs have trailed at the break this season.
