Derek Hagan and Zach Miller Named Second-Team All-Americans by

TEMPE, Ariz. - Arizona State University wide receiver Derek Hagan and tight end Zach Miller have been selected to the 2004 All-American second-team, announced Monday by the organization. 


Hagan, a second-team All-Pacific-10 Conference selection, led the Sun Devils with 74 catches for 1,066 yards and nine touchdowns. Hagan is second in the Pac-10 and 10th in the country in receiving yards per game (96.9).  Hagan is a junior from Palmdale, California.


This is Miller's third All-American honor as a tight end in 2004 (The Sporting News and first-team Freshman All-American). Miller, the Pac-10 Freshman of the Year, hauled in 51 passes for 524 yards and six touchdowns.  Miller is a true freshman from Phoenix, Arizona (Desert Vista High School).
