Cougar Tennis Adds Player

PULLMAN, Wash. Aleksandra Stefanova has signed a Financial Aid Agreement and has accepted admission to Washington State University, Cougar Head Tennis Coach Lisa Hart announced, Wednesday. Stefanova will enroll in the spring semester.

Stefanova will come to Pullman from her hometown of Skopje, Macedonia where she has was her nation's top-ranked singles player.

'We are thrilled about the addition of Aleksandra,' Hart said. 'She will contribute immediately and add depth to our program.'

'I'm very excited to be a member of the Cougar family,' Stefanova said. 'This is a chance of a life-time and I'm ready to use it the best way I can.'

The Cougars will begin spring competition, Jan. 21 against Brigham Young in Provo, Utah.
