Members of the gymnastics program will take turns walking around OSU's Memorial Union quad from 6 p.m. Friday until 8 a.m. Saturday as they raising money for the American Cancer Society. The Beavers have set a goal to raise $800 for the fight against cancer.

'Giving back to the global community is important and joining the Relay for Life is just our small part in finding the cure for cancer,' said freshman Megan Devencenzi.

Donations can be made by going to Click on 'Sponsor Participant.' Then enter a gymnast's name.

'This is a good event to spend time remembering and honoring people that we've lost to cancer,' said Kim Sedlak.
